Performance coaching for people who carry a lot.
Most of the people who come to me are in technology or delivery roles. They are competent, senior, and quietly running on empty. The work is usually less about ambition and more about getting the head, the feelings and the daily routine pointing in the same direction.
The framework
H.E.A.L.™
Four things that have to line up before anything else holds. Most people arrive with three of them working and one quietly undoing the rest.
The thinking, the stories, the standards you hold yourself to.
What you carry and how you process it, rather than around it.
Whether your days actually point at what you say matters.
Sleep, movement, food, attention — the unglamorous base.
What people bring
- Burnout, and the guilt that comes with admitting it
- Clarity — deciding what to do next after years on one track
- Work and life pulling in different directions
- Resilience and composure for leaders and their teams
- Communication and presentation confidence before something that matters
How it works
A typical engagement runs about five sessions of sixty to ninety minutes, one to one, online or in Chennai. Team sessions and workshops run separately and are built around whatever the team is actually struggling with.
The approach draws on Eastern practice — Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, Ho'oponopono, EFT — alongside Western performance work in NLP and self-determination theory. Trained under more than fourteen practitioners across those traditions.

Where is it actually costing you?
Twenty questions across the four pillars. It won't tell you that you're burnt out — it tells you which part is carrying the strain, so you work on that one instead of trying to fix everything at once.
You get the result immediately, without giving me anything. If you want it written up properly, that's when I ask for an email.
The turn.
The urge to build something of my own dates back to 2014. It took until 2024 to act on it. I left a twenty-year corporate track, started Harmonic Hustlers Hub, and began taking on the kind of work I had spent two decades doing inside large organisations — this time for people and companies small enough to feel the difference quickly.
Practice one
Delivery & transformation
- Programme, project and QA management
- IT consulting in property & casualty insurance
- Business consulting for owner-run companies
The direct continuation of the corporate work — the same discipline, applied where one person's decisions still move the whole thing.
Practice two
AI & security
- AI tool development and consulting
- Cyber safety consulting for small organisations
- Blockchain and digital-asset literacy for teams
All of it built after 2024 — hands-on rather than inherited. Literacy work here means understanding how something works, not advice on what to buy.
Practice three
Revenue & teams
- High-ticket sales closing
- Peak performance team development
- Community building
Where the coaching work and the commercial work meet — usually with teams that have a good offer and an inconsistent conversation.
Things I've built
- For individuals — personal health-habit support and a screen-time control tool
- For small organisations — workplace productivity and cyber safety tools
- H.E.A.L. Daily OS — a six-tool daily practice app
- The Plan Reader's Kit — free tools for anyone weighing up an income opportunity
Where the discipline came from.
Twenty years of programme and transformation leadership, almost all of it in property & casualty insurance, with earlier stretches in telecom and financial services. Large teams, long horizons, and systems that other people's livelihoods ran on.

The Plan Reader's Kit
Six tools for anyone being offered an income opportunity — or already in one and wanting to know where they actually stand. Built because the arithmetic is rarely handed to people up front, and it should be.
The month you stop losing money, and the cash at risk before it.
Answerable from documents the company already publishes.
Read any disclosure statement in ninety seconds.
Unilevel, binary, matrix, stairstep — in plain words.
Selling without a single income claim.
Decide your stop-loss before you start, not after.

Get the rest as each one lands
One email per tool, nothing else.
Tell me what you're working on.
No forms to fill in twice, no discovery call before a conversation. Write a few lines about what's going on and I'll reply myself.
Faster than the form
Message me on WhatsApp
I read these myself. If it's a quick question, this is the quickest way to an answer — usually the same day, Chennai time.
